The Goal

Norah's Treasures wants to become the biggest one stop mum shop for baby accessories and improve their presence online to increase the amount of environmentally friendly products they distribute. Only being a small business with limited resources, a strong social media strategy was needed to increase revenue and allow business owner Ashlee the ability to look after her 3 children and also run a profitable and scalable business.

The Process

Reform Digital reviewed the initial social media campaign performance and identified a lack of direction and strategy and quickly pointed out the best opportunities for growth. By completing a conversion audit and updating the websites content from a conversion perspective, the campaign had a good foundation to build from. Social ad creatives were tested against one another and the audience targeting was refined to generate a better group of potential customers and through dynamic ads, we allowed Facebook to improve the ad delivery according to it's algorithm.

Mahlia Interiors

The Goal

Mahlia Interiors are on their way to becoming MAMMOTH's in the bone inlay space and they required a bit of a touch up with their conversion rates. Wanting to capitalise on the high quality organic and paid traffic coming through to their website, Reform Digital were asked to increase conversion by a minimum of 30% over a 6 month CRO campaign.

The Process

To begin with, Reform Digital conducted a Conversion Audit that included Technical Analysis, Heuristic Analysis, Heatmapping Analysis and User Testing. Based on these results, we were able to design a new version of the website to conduct AB split testing and compare the improvement. After several months of optimisation, Reform Digital were able to maximise the conversions from the traffic being driven to the website and reduce any cognitive overload or general roadblocks to conversion.
