Norah's Treasures wants to become the biggest one stop mum shop for baby accessories and improve their presence online to increase the amount of environmentally friendly products they distribute. Only being a small business with limited resources, a strong social media strategy was needed to increase revenue and allow business owner Ashlee the ability to look after her 3 children and also run a profitable and scalable business.
Reform Digital reviewed the initial social media campaign performance and identified a lack of direction and strategy and quickly pointed out the best opportunities for growth. By completing a conversion audit and updating the websites content from a conversion perspective, the campaign had a good foundation to build from. Social ad creatives were tested against one another and the audience targeting was refined to generate a better group of potential customers and through dynamic ads, we allowed Facebook to improve the ad delivery according to it's algorithm.
