My background is eCommerce/Information Technology. I spent four years in Florida, USA working for the company that I partially own today. Prior to that, I spent ten years running my own eCommerce consultancy business. Good chance you've never seen my website because I've been creating the ones you frequently visit. The adage in my old industry was "those who build websites for themselves... don't build websites".I never expected to have relinquish my role as Chief Nerd to start running a lighting manufacturing business.. back home in Australia. When I tell you that "Its a relief" having being persuaded to partner with Reform Digital, I'm not joking.I've been burnt a total of three times BEFORE moving to Reform Digital, good chance you are reading this review because you've also been burnt, this won't happen with Reform Digital. Why? What insider knowledge could I possibly have? Well, I used to be one of "those" guys. You can probably imagine its some bald guy with a beard, and a Macbook, walking around with a 1980's Rock & Roll T-Shirt that didn't make eye contact the moment they noticed you. Yep... (but I'm a PC guy, I just gave you a Dave visual) Now.. Dave & his team are the eggheads/nerds behind the façade of every fast-talking sleazy "Digital Marketing Agency" - You know those guys, probably confined to their paddocks/farm/cubical while you were ushered into a glass-encased meeting room with "Free Coffee & Snacks" by smooth talking salesmen who "reviewed your website, and can make you more money than [your competitor]" - I probably paid for those snacks. Dave is one of those guys that you want on your team - He doesn't have a Ferrari (I checked, he's got a kid, a wife, a dog). He doesn't speak in three letter words acronyms exclusively though, I admit I understand them more than most people.My ROI is now positive, my CRO was completed promptly, my expenditure in Google Ads actually bloody decreased for once (We're spending less money for more sales), and while my conversion rate hasn't increased (our website sucked, truly another story) I'm getting MORE for my money than I'm paying out of pocket. Sure I've lost 8% on my conversions rate however my order value has increased by 7%.. and I'm making those changes to make that 8% back because someone actually had the balls to say... you lost your groove.Why you'll pick Reform Digital? They do exactly what they say - They will challenge you, they'll tell you quite bluntly (if you can stomach it) that your website sucks OR at least tell you WHAT you need to do (Reports are easy to read). They'll also tell you what you are missing out on. I had to close orders out on December 1st because neither Australia Post, nor my powdercoater could work any hours in the week (legally) in the middle of a pandemic thanks to Reform Digital.. Yeah, you've read this far into a Google Review. Make your decision already.. have fun getting rich.

Really disappointing experience with Reform Digital. Work is not completed by Reform Digital but by a third party company in NSW. When I started questioning the strategy and campaign I was told "your tone has changed", and "you are angry". When I asked for a monthly report, it was provided to me late and reluctantly - almost like I was being a burden asking for it. I felt they were not supportive when I had questions and made me feel like a nuisance. Still yet to find an honest, supportive and transparent SEO agency.Update to your reply: I have no issues with a "team member" being based in Sydney. The concern is I was lied too. I specifically asked if Dave was completing the work and was informed he was and he had no Employees. I have since found out he does not do the work and he uses a third party SEO agency that are based in NSW. It is the dishonesty I am not happy with and the break in trust. I had no issues with the campaign or the results - I simply asked for clarification on the strategy. Furthermore, I was not aware Dave was on Paternity leave as he and to quote him "Forgot to send the email" to me.

Really please with the process, progress and results I’m seeing from working with Reform Digital. It’s my first foray away from DIY, and it’s been a pleasant surprise. I was worried before coming on, but they have scaled my paid ads performance and we are seeing a big increase in revenue. It’s also been a really interesting learning experience to see what a professional marketing team can do, over and above what I thought I could do myself.
