Barnlight are an Australian Made & Owned Lighting Manufacture dedicated to creating high quality outdoor rated lighting. Originally founded in the USA, Barnlight Australia have taken their range of unique lighting and helped bring quality lighting to thousands of homes Australia wide.

Barnlight were in a “less than ideal” relationship with an existing agency and were after immediate uptick in results across all paid ads campaigns initially as a major KPI. After achieving this quite quickly and reassessing, the outlined KPI’s were:

• Improve Google Ads revenue by 30%
• Improve Social Ads revenue by 20%
• Assist with SEO organic traffic and aim to lift by 20% over 6 months
• Ecommerce Conversion MUST be above 1.5% moving forward.

Google Ads

A lot of automated campaigns were set up prior to Reform Digital taking over. SMART Shopping and SMART search were two of the most underperforming campaigns and a lot of budget was being dedicated to e brand campaign.

The shopping campaign was branched out, whilst targeting some high performing products for immediate returns. The SMART Search campaign was completely removed and changed to a segmented search campaign that covered both B2C customers and designers who use their lights.

Social Ads

There was next to no strategy, just a couple of remarketing ads with old imagery. By creating some proper funnels, using multiple creatives and organising the remarketing properly, the campaigns were able to maximise their reach and potential conversions.

SEO

Further keyword research was completed to maximise the search volume opportunities of the campaign. This allowed our team to develop proper target pages and a strong content strategy for blogs and internal linking.

Some ongoing authority building and link diversification structured this campaign the way it should have been from the previous providers.

Conversion Optimisation

Completed initial heuristic analysis and heatmap analysis to find the following recommendations:

• Improved search functionality and visibility
• Sticky menu implementation
• Added payment icons to product pages
• Website speed improvements
• Cross selling / Upselling installed
