Who We Are

Dave is the founder and CEO of Reform Digital. He is a digital marketing expert with a passion for conversion optimisation. With over 12 years of experience in marketing (most of them spent in agencies), Dave has worked across a number of e-commerce brands in Australia. He brings an authentic approach to marketing and leadership.

Dave started Reform Digital in the middle of the first lockdown with a vision to transform the digital marketing industry. He has grown Reform from a one-man operation to a company of 30+ staff members in 3 years.

Outside work, Dave can be found doting on his wife and daughter, and going on walks with Freddie, their English Pointer. He is a total board game geek and is on a winning streak in Werewolf in the office.

Darren is one of the directors and heads the entire marketing department at Reform Digital.

With over 10 years experience in digital marketing, Darren is dedicated to paid advertising and is very experienced in both Google & Meta ads. He has a passion for marketing and loves looking through data and working out a strategy that works with the numbers he is seeing.

In Darren's downtime, he enjoys watching the footy and barracks for the Bombers. He also enjoys playing tennis or golf and occasionally enjoy's a night out with mates.

Alissa, or “Aliseo”, is the Head of Performance at Reform Digital and office emo kid! With over three years of experience in SEO; She holds a marketing degree and laws degree - meaning she loves creating strategies with a meticulous eye for detail.

Alissa loves optimising websites and diving into data with a proven track record for results. She’s even made the shortlist as SEMRush AU Young Search Professional Finalist and APAC Rising Star Finalist, making her the ultimate rockstar in her field.

When she's not busy crushing SEO goals, you’re likely to catch Alissa stuck in a 2005 timewarp or watching The Office on repeat.

Gina is known as the “Office Mum” at Reform. She oversees all things admin, office, HR and EA related. Gina has had previous experience working in HR, operations, recruitment, and project management across several different industries, and loves to be able to bring all these skills together at Reform. Gina has stepped into Reform to help grow the people, the culture, the strategy, and the business.

She is also a part-time Yoga teacher and sometimes hosts classes and mindfulness sessions for the team to bring some “zen” to their day.

Te Paea (Te) is the Strategic Lead at Reform Digital. Te’s focus is to ensure that every single client has a rock solid digital strategy from day one. She brings 5+ years experience in the digital space, and her expertise lies in holistic strategy, paid ads, email marketing and fostering strong client relationships.

Prior to joining Reform, Te has worked both in-house and agency-side, as well as building her freelance client list. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, and loves working with businesses to both cut costs and maximise ROI.

In her downtime you can catch Te playing netball or telling people she's newly engaged!

With a Marketing Degree and a Diploma in Digital Marketing, Dan loves all things digital. He brings over 14 years of marketing experience to the team, both working client side and agency side. This allows him to understand how to best service clients in the most efficient and effective manner.

Dan works with clients to create and execute Social Media, Google Ads and Programmatic Ad strategies. This includes all aspects of paid advertising, including objective setting, segmentation strategy, content planning, creative development, campaign execution and reporting against objectives.
